New year, new intentions
Well guys, we made it! Happy New Year!
If the past two years have taught us anything, it’s that time is precious and life is unpredictable. While our collective trauma has officially silenced the “this is going to be my year” crowd, it’s still important for us to try and approach this new year with positive thoughts and goals. But instead of conjuring up new year’s resolutions that will be forgotten by Valentine’s day, let’s do things a little differently this time around. Living with intention is the new vibe, and that’s the energy we’re bringing into 2022! So as you step into this new year, make a concerted effort to integrate these important intentions into your everyday life.
Self care: I will make prioritizing my wellness an essential part of my routine
Mental health: I will not treat my mental wellbeing as an afterthought
Work-life balance: I will create healthy boundaries between my work and the rest of my life - and stick to them!
Quality time: I will make more time to be present with my friends and family
Positive self affirmation: I will be more conscious about giving myself a break
Have fun: I will remember not to take life too seriously all the time
